Clean Slate is both creamy and mild. It rinses well, and it's perfect for my skin, which is currently quite sensitive.

I'm very particular with body butters. This one from Ilawan sinks right into my skin and leaves me looking soft and silky. I can even use it on my hands without feeling too slippery or greasy. A definite winner!

Lavender is so calming and to be honest I struggle deeply with taking care of myself so having a fun soap that makes me feel like showering and smelling good afterwards has really helped. Unlike other soaps I’ve tried from small businesses and other brands, this one lathers in a way that once I’m out of the shower I feel clean but not crusty and dry as most other brands tend to dry out my skin a lot more.

The little details on the packaging is also super meaningful because it shows the care and love that goes into the business.

I ordered this soap and the Warming Spice and I also received a sample body butter. I was nervous about trying the body butter because I tend to not love how moisturizers tend to linger on my skin and hands, making it hard to want to touch items afterwards and usually feeling sticky or slimy. I was SO surprised to find this body butter melts into my skin and does not feel wet and like residue but keeps me moisturized. I texted my sister immediately after trying it because I was shocked at how much I loved it, now I use it almost daily.

Lavender is one of my favorite scents and the lavender whipped body butter is a regular essential for me that I get to enjoy every night and day!
